How many people do you cater for?
We can cater from 50 to 500 people!
How long will the roast take to cook?
It takes us around 10 hours to cook as we cook our hogs very low and slow.
Where does the roast need to be served?
Indoors or outdoors, the choice is yours! We provide gazebos and exterior lighting for those long summer evenings.
How much space do I need?
Ideally we need an area of 10ft x 10ft (3m x 3m) but we are flexible and work around you so don't let this put you off!
What about the weather?
The weather has no impact on our services, you'll have your roast come rain or shine! We are fully equipped to cope with all weather conditions!
How do we get served?
We operate a buffet style service, you come up to the tables and help yourself to soft fresh bread rolls, apple sauce, hot stuffing and any side dishes you have ordered, salads, potatoes etc.
We then carve your hot succulent hog on to your plate along with our delicious golden crispy crackling.
After your guests have all been served and been back for second helpings, if there is any meat left over we carve it up on to platters for you to enjoy at your leisure
What about clearing up afterwards?
We deal with everything, Everything is cleared away by our fully trained staff, You will never know we've been there!
Are there any hidden extras?
No, your quotation will list everything that is included so there are no surprises at the end of the day! We provide disposable plates and napkins, all of which are cleared away by us at the end of the event.
Our chefs are extremely professional, courteous and helpful, they are happy to explain the procedure and will happily open the oven as your hog is cooking to show your guests how it all works and it does make a wonderful talking point.
